A little sweetie from dressy girl Stacey

Hi everyone, Stacey here with todays inspiration post. I have used the super cute 'Sweetie Pie' image.

The card stepper base was cut on the Silhouette Cameo using Papermill Directs teal card. The backing paper is from First Edition paper pad called New Bloom. I used the text function on the cameo to cut the happy birthday and using the offset created a background for the words. I also cut some swirls and the happy and birthday are both 'hung' from the swirls. (see my blog for more photos) The image is coloured with copics (hair) and promarkers (everything else).
